Inbound Guest Insurance® benefits include the following:

• Hospitalization, surgery, medical diagnostics
• Expenses related to doctor office visits
• Charges for ICU
• Inpatient and outpatient prescription medication
• Emergency Evacuation(up to a maximum of $50,000)
• Repatriation of remains (maximum of $7,500)
• Common Carrier Accidental Death and Dismemberment (upto $25,000)

Eligibility

Only non-US citizens, who are at least 14 days old, are eligible for the Inbound Guest plan.

Remarks:

• PPO Network: People insured by Inbound Guest Insurance plan may seek treatment from any doctor or hospital of their choice. There is no network of preferred provider associated with the plan.
• Renewal: Online renewal of Inbound Guest plan is possible as long as total coverage is for 5 to 180 days. If coverage is desired for more than 180 days, a visit to the home country should take place first and then a new policy can be purchased.
• Cancellation: Inbound Guest medical insurance coverage can be cancelled if a written request for cancellation is received before the policy becomes effective. If cancellation is sought after the effective date, the unused portion of the premium (less the cancellation fee) can be considered for a refund as long as claims have not been submitted.
